Biography

1952 Ursula Haarscheidt is born in Stuttgart, Germany.

1971 She begins her career on arts education, becoming a teacher three years later.

She is a full time painter since 2002, when she becomes interested in drawing people while attending a specialized course on anatomic painting and acrylic colours experimentation at the University of Stuttgart.

2004 Ursula moves to Shanghai with her husband, capitalizing on a life time opportunity to portrait Chinese people and their way of living. In all of her artwork she is searching for signs to express the deep unity between nature and human being and the essential need of love and understanding between all people.

乌苏娜 – 哈施德，1952年出生于德国斯图加特。

1971年，她开始了以艺术教育为重点的专业学习。

2002年，她开始潜心专注于绘画艺术，并在斯图加特大学进行了三个学期的肖像画和人体画学习。

2004年1月，她随丈夫移居上海。通过对中国人脸相的研究和在上海的日常生活中的观察，她对“人”这一主题有了更广泛的理解。在所有她的作品中，人类与自然的融合，以及对爱和理解的渴望，都是贯穿始终的基本主题。
