艺术银行简介：

上海证大现代艺术馆艺术银行空间，它位于艺术馆主展厅二楼北侧，拥有110平方米的独立展览空间。上海证大现代艺术馆将免费提供此空间，以小型的艺术家个案（或组合）作品呈现为主体，旨在鼓励中国年轻艺术家的实验创作；同时也接纳国外年轻艺术家（组合）的创作探索以及中外艺术家联合的混合项目。艺术银行将成为对优秀的年轻艺术家和作品进行储备的场所，并将成为艺术馆开展学术研究与探索的重要组成部分之一。

Art Bank Introduction:

The Art Bank Space, an affiliate of Shanghai Zendai Museum of Modern Art, is an independent art space of 110square meters within the second floor of the museum.  Shanghai Zendai Museum of Modern Art will provide this space free of charge for small scale solo and group art projects.  Art Bank is devoted to the encouragement of the experimental creativity of young Chinese artists, young international artists, as well as, collaborative projects from groups consisting of both Chinese and International artists.  The Art Bank is due to become an important center for exceptional young artists and their work, whilst also acting as an integral part of the museum’s development of research and investigation.

活动办法与流程：

1. 艺术银行的空间使用均为免费，但每个项目的所需费用均由该项目负责人自行解决。

2. 艺术银行将对所有项目进行力所能及的技术与设备上的支持，特殊要求的由该项目负责人自行解决。一个项目结束时，项目负责人须将空间恢复至原交付状态。

3. 每个项目时间不等，但不能少于一天和最多不超过二十天。

4. 艺术银行（或艺术馆）将有权利对展出项目进行宣传与推广，每年将编辑出版《艺术银行年鉴》。

5. 艺术家不分国籍、地区，均可提交项目方案。方案包括作品图片、展出方案、艺术家名单等，艺术家简历，每个项目应附有不少于1000字左右的背景综述。

6. 上海证大现代艺术馆艺术银行空间同时接受艺术家作品捐赠。

How Art Bank works:

1. The Art Bank Space shall be provided free of charge, however, all additional costs of the project shall be the responsibility of the artists or project manager.  Art Bank will, at their own discretion, shall occasionally provide select projects with sponsorship for the printing of invitations and promotional posters. 

2. Art Bank shall provide each chosen project, to it’s utmost ability, the technical equipment required for each project.  Specialist equipment should be the responsibility of the artist or project manager.  Once a project has ended the artist or project manager shall restore the Art Bank space to it’s original state.

3. The duration of each project shall be set in accordance to each individual project, however, each project must last more than one day and not more than 20 days. 

4. Art Bank (or the museum) reserves the right to advertise and promote each project as it sees fit. An “Art Bank Yearbook” shall be published ever year.  

5. There are no restrictions in concern to artists’ nationality or where the artist is from.  Interested parties must submit a project proposal.  Project proposals should include:
Images of work (Jpeg/ Tiff/ PDF format),  Proposal of exhibition method, Participating artists list, and artist’s c.v’s, Project introduction and concept (min 1,000 words in PDF, doc., word format)

6. In the mean time, the Art Bank space of Zendai MoMA accepts the donation of artist's work.
